Shipping policy

DELIVERY — STRAWS DIRECT

Straws Direct is a trading name of Fast Products Distribution Ltd. All goods are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire.

Cost
Delivery to UK mainland addresses is free of charge on all orders. There is no minimum order value.

Timescales
Orders placed and paid for before 1pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Next-working-day delivery is offered on a best-endeavours basis via our carrier network. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands may take 2–3 working days. Pallet and full-case consignments may be booked in with you before delivery.

Tracking
You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses
Please make sure the delivery address and contact details on your order are correct and that someone will be available to receive the goods. Where a delivery fails because nobody is available or the address supplied is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge the cost of redelivery.

Damage, shortages and non-delivery
Please check your consignment on arrival. Report any damage or shortage to hello@strawsdirect.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery, and non-delivery within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, so that we can raise a claim with the carrier in time.

International orders
We currently ship to United Kingdom addresses only. For export enquiries please contact hello@strawsdirect.co.uk.
