TERMS OF SALE — STRAWS DIRECT

Straws Direct is a trading name of Fast Products Distribution Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 11991629), registered office 3 Park Street, Gomersal, Cleckheaton BD19 4RF. VAT No. GB355183004. Goods are dispatched from our UK warehouse. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (20%); the VAT amount is itemised on your invoice. Orders are accepted from businesses and organisations; by ordering you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes.

RESTRICTED ITEMS — SINGLE-USE PLASTIC STRAWS (ENGLAND)

Under the Environmental Protection (Plastic Straws, Cotton Buds and Stirrers) (England) Regulations 2020, single-use plastic straws may only be supplied to eligible businesses and organisations. Eligible purchasers include: catering establishments (restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, canteens, clubs and takeaways) for provision to customers on request; registered pharmacies; care homes, schools and premises providing medical or care services; organisations purchasing for medical, scientific or forensic purposes; and businesses purchasing for resale to eligible users.

ELIGIBILITY DECLARATION
By placing an order that contains single-use plastic straws, you declare that you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation in one of the eligible categories above, and not as a consumer end user. This declaration is recorded against your order for our compliance records. Orders containing plastic straws that do not meet this requirement cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled and refunded.

Paper straws are not restricted and may be purchased by any customer.
